Susan vallier
MA, NCC, LPC
Hi I'm Susan. I support clients navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, body image concerns, and substance use. I offer a warm, client-centered space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work to calm self-criticism, process painful experiences, and uncover your inner strength. I bring curiosity and respect to your unique story and value your voice in our work. No matter where you are on your journey, you deserve to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I specialize in Trauma, Neurodivergence, Substance Use

I am a trauma-informed therapist and draw from a blended approach that includes EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I am on the Board of the Bodhi Battalion, matching serice dogs with veterans & 1st responders.

I practice trauma-informed care rooted in the belief that healing begins by asking “What happened to you?”—not “What’s wrong with you?” Together, we’ll work to understand how your past experiences impact your present life, and focus on creating meaningful change and relief in the here and now.
