Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. I believe you found me for a reason. I also believe therapy is a collaborative process, one that shouldn’t drag on for years. My hope is that you’ll walk away with enough clarity, tools, and maybe even a few one-liners from me to navigate life without needing a standing weekly appointment. You are the expert in your life. I’m here to offer perspective, skills, and a space to sort through what’s working, what’s not, and what life might look like if you were brave enough to be unapologetically yourself.
I specialize in LGBTQ+, Life Transitions and School Issues
My primary approaches are SFBT & ACT, with somatic practices and Positive Psychology when they fit. Translation: we'll work on noticing your thoughts without getting hijacked by them, clarifying what actually matters to you, and building practical strategies that hold up in the real world. I'm also deeply committed to culturally responsive care.|
Ultimately, my goal is that the work we do together continues to serve you long after therapy ends. So, if you’re ready to stop circling the same problems and start living more intentionally, let’s talk.
