LGBTQIA & Identity
We are part of the queer community—as humans, parents, and community members—and we are honored to support others on their own journeys. We provide care for those exploring or transitioning their identities, offering a safe, affirming space filled with love and understanding. We also support parents of LGBTQIA+ children, helping them navigate parenthood with openness, compassion, and without judgment.
Trauma-Informed EMDR & IFS
We are trauma-informed therapists who use EMDR, IFS, tapping, mindfulness, and grounding tools to help ease the struggles that come from PTSD and complex PTSD. Our approach isn’t about asking what’s wrong with you—it’s about understanding what happened to you and supporting your healing with compassion, safety, and respect.

We support those struggling with body image and body dysmorphia, focusing on building body neutrality as a foundation for self-love and acceptance. Our goal is to help you reconnect with your body through compassion, understanding, and a gentle shift toward appreciation and peace.
Substance abuse
Have symptoms of neurodivergence or trauma led you to use substances as a way to cope? Whether you’re in recovery or struggling to maintain sobriety, we’re here to support you. We also recognize how challenging it can be to love someone who is navigating addiction. Wherever you are in your journey—seeking stability, healing, or understanding—you don’t have to do it alone.

We support those living with anxiety and depression by helping them find calm, clarity, and hope. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, we work to uncover the roots of worry and sadness while building tools for emotional balance and resilience.
